Can fonts, commonly considered as "ugly", look actually aesthetically appealing? Such fonts as i.e. Comic Sans are hated all over the world by graphic designers, and used ironically by graphic design "elite". But what really makes them "ugly"? In this A4 b&w publication I chose 12 typefaces, most hated and overused according to various surveys, and took as a challenge to make them look good, by means of creating a series of posters, 8 posters per font. As a content source I used posts from a subreddit . 96 posters, 120 pages.
